the best bruschetta...




home made bread ,made using natural yeast and then baked in a real stone-oven !!
Then dress it with homemade olive oil and wild Sicilian origano.











 a nice country house, a warming atmospehere, good company and...
 good food* at " kilometri zero".
What else??
We forgot the stormy weather outdoor!!

*all rigorously planted and cooked by a dear friend of mine...
She also built her stone-oven on her own, too!
