Tutto buonissimo...Tante specialità, tante torte
ma soprattutto la possibilità di creare il tuo dolce!

La mia ultima tentazione? La mattonella, ovvero doppio strato di pan di Spagna farcito con gelato di caffè e crema di latte, ricoperta con cioccolato bianco e granelle di pistacchio!!

Buono anche il cannolo di gelato!!!!!

My last temptation?
The mattonella, that is a double layer of sponge bread stuffed with coffee and milk ice cream, covered by liquid white chocolate and pieces of pistacchios on it!!!

The ice-cream cannolo was very good ,as well!!!

A Taledda di S. Giorgio a Ibla

tra le  tradizioni pasquali che ancora qua e là si rispettano  in Sicilia  vi è l'esposizione della Taledda    un grande arazzo che raffigura la Crocifissone  e che viene rimosso il giorno di Pasqua. Tra le più famose nel ragusano a taledda di S. Giorgio, realizzata dai fratelli Vaccaro di Caltagirone ............................... Now it's better! Here I am! It's 6 weeks now since I fell, having troubles with the legaments of my right knee! Ahi che dolor! No work,no walk .......... Now it's better.....but slowly slowly....... Buona giornata!
