Christmas trees and Presepi of all kinds

All around I've seen many Christmas trees..
although this is year, I see, evrything was much sober.......

Among Christmas trees, my favourite is this one...in Caffè vecchio in Modica ,
a nice place where to drink an hot chocolate cream or taste all tipical cakes and drinks...

but in Sicily the tradition of Presepe is quite old!
You can see Presepi of all kinds.
I visited an exibition of Presepi made by school children
My favourite ones? Here they are ....maybe because I can't stand without pasta and chocolate!!!!!

A Taledda di S. Giorgio a Ibla

tra le tradizioni pasquali che ancora qua e là si rispettano in Sicilia vi è l'esposizione della Taledda un grande arazzo che raffigura la Crocifissone e che viene rimosso il giorno di Pasqua. Now it's better!

Now it's better! Here I am! It's 6 weeks now since I fell, having troubles with the legaments of my right knee! Ahi che dolor! No work,no walk .......... Now it's better.....but slowly slowly....... Buona giornata!
