Take a Break! what do you already do?

I'm still learning, but I try, as much as possible to do (among the thing mentioned above) as follows:

take a bath in absolute silence
color with Crayons
put on some music and dance
create my own coffe break
go to a farmer's market
find a relaxing scent ..(ROSE)
write in a blog
read a book
cooking
watch the see
take photographs
meander around town
forgive
give thanks
rest my legs up a wall

I will rembember when I complain that I need to relax!!!

Busulmona: like Heaven!

Now it's better!

Now it's better! Here I am! It's 6 weeks now since I fell, having troubles with the legaments of my right knee! Ahi che dolor! No work,no walk .......... Now it's better.....but slowly slowly....... Buona giornata!

Greenpeace - Rainbow Warrior mission in Siracusa
