a surprise for breakfast...

What a good surprise for breakfast this morning!
I found a Macallè on the kitchen table.......a sweet stuffed with ricotta cheese cream and fried!
A perfect breakfast with a strong coffee...

I tasted my first macallè in Ragusa area..never seen in Siracusa....
somethingelse with a different shape but nothing called Macallè!!!

(just for a day my diet is forgotten!)

Al diavolo la mia dieta, almeno per un giorno!!
Una "dolce" sorpresa per colazione alla quale non ho saputo dire di no: un macallè alla ricotta!!
Che io sappia, a Siracusa non ho mai visto macallè nelle pasticcerie...
è una fantastica scoperta fatta nelle zone del ragusano....

Now it's better!

Now it's better! Here I am! It's 6 weeks now since I fell, having troubles with the legaments of my right knee! Ahi che dolor! No work,no walk .......... Now it's better.....but slowly slowly....... Buona giornata!

Greenpeace - Rainbow Warrior mission in Siracusa
